Dr. Collins is a former soldier and current high school principal. In his 20 years in education, he has worked as a teacher, coach, curriculum developer, professional development trainer, and now a principal. He also works as a motivational speaker challenging students to capitalize on their potential by making good choices and working hard. Dr. Collins is also published in educational journals, has published a book for middle school administrators, and works with a host of educational agencies as a conference speaker. His educational journey has taken him to the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor (BS 2000), Texas State University (MPA 2009), and back to the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor (Ed. D. 2018). He is the faithful husband of his best friend (Rose) and proud father of four (Alexis, Alyssa, Aliyah, and TJ).
