THANKS to all the followers of Living WELL Aware One Minute Wellness blog.  For over 3 years, my husband Jeffrey A. Waxman, M.D. and I have delivered weekly Wellness Information, Inspiration, and Implementation strategies.  Thank You to so many who have reached out expressing their appreciation.  As you can imagine, writing a well-thought-out informational and motivational weekly blog is time-consuming.  We carefully drafted each message to inform and lift readers on their wellness journey. Thanks for traveling the path to greater health and happiness with us. 

Beginning January 2021, Jeff and I will be taking a break from the weekly One Minute Wellness messages to devote time to preparing and conducting our upcoming year-long life-changing wellness program:  Living WELL Aware:  Getting Healthier and Happier in 2021.  Yes, that’s correct!  There will be components rolled out throughout the entire year to keep participants focused on their wellness.  Want to take your life to the next level in 2021?  

Living WELL Aware:  Getting Healthier and Happier in 2021 will be delivered by Patricia J. Sulak, MD, Jeffrey A. Waxman, MD, and guest speakers.  Dr. Sulak and Waxman recently completed the remarkable Institute for Functional Medicine course for physicians and will be including the latest information on what makes us sick and how we can live healthier.

  • Monthly Follow Up Webinars:  To keep the group united through December 2021 and to continue to provide the latest in wellness, a monthly Zoom webinar will be conducted to discuss a Living WELL Aware recommended book or a hot wellness topic.  The book and or topic will be announced at least 4 weeks in advance.  Members of the group may suggest a topic of interest.
